Architecture The Venice International Architecture Biennale combines 'the glamour of Cannes with the star quotient of the Oscars and the competitiveness of the Olympic Games', writes Shane O'Toole in Irish Architecture at 11th Venice International Architecture Biennale 2008: A Special Edition of the Irish Arts Review supported by the Arts Council. Featuring the work of the nine Irish architects selected to represent Ireland at the world’s leading architecture exhibition, Irish Architecture is published with the autumn edition of the Irish Arts Review and provides an exclusive preview of the Irish exhibition in Venice.
