' Wake Up Sleeping Heart' is a collection inspired by the Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo, focusing on the strength and delicacy of her work and identity. Corset inspired garments are key pieces which reflect notions of torture and fragility. Among the range of fabrics used are delicate silk and satin organzas, a variety of cottons and silks, in pale pink tones contrasting the navy and indigo pieces
