I work from photographs which have been taken quickly, meant for a glance on social media. My works reflect my interest in the disparity between the internal/external, our true selves/what we want others to see, and the fleeting nature of modern images in contrast with the slow, contemplative process of my paintings. This series is acrylic on gesso boards.
