My work investigates the relationship between painting and mediums which wouldn’t usually be associated with paint. By using these non-traditional mediums,it allows the surface of the individual work to be pushed outside the constraints of the concept of the four-cornered canvas. These pieces often fall in-between the gap of painting and sculpture by its response of opposing the flat surface.
