Rare Imprints is a transitional womenswear textiles collection which questions ideas surrounding rarity and value. This project questions what is precious in today’s society by examining the threats that our modern lifestyles pose to the natural world. These risks are expressed and explored by taking inspiration from the rare and beautiful species that exist within Dublin’s archival collections.
