My current work explores the subliminal world of gendered spaces through the lens of both male and female beauty. My work invites the viewer to enter the imagined and constructed spaces of the beauty salon and the barbershop, while considering the permeable boundary between the inside and the outside. Using collage and photography the work is executed in Oils on Canvas.
