My work is subjective reflections and perceptions of mental health and life as I live it. It portrays mindfulness in accepting losses, missed opportunities, regrets, impacts of lifestyle choices and feelings of loneliness while not living alone. It depicts coping mechanisms of a man who has not achieved all he has wished for, who values himself not as he should be but as how others see him.
