At St Luke’s Crypt, Sample-Studios presents ‘100 Seconds to Midnight’, a series of large-scale paintings on tarpaulin by The Project Twins. Employing minimal forms and graphic shapes found in various systems, they examine power structures, nationalism and identity. The studios also present ‘Braid’, a group exhibition by Samir Mahmood, Amna Walayat, John MacMonagle and Edith O’Regan Cosgrove at The Lord Mayor’s Pavilion, which explores cultural and artistic exchange through the participants’ different cultural backgrounds.
100 Seconds to Midnight: 1 – 24 September; Braid: 9 September – 1 October
