The Highlanes Gallery and the Crawford Art Gallery present two exhibitions by Eithne Jordan, both titled ‘Mise en Scène’. They are centred on a new body of work exploring a range of interiors, from the Musée Jacquemart-André, Paris and the Pennsylvania Museum of Art to Newbridge House and the Anatomy Room of the Royal College of Surgeons. Paintings predominate at the Highlanes, while at the Crawford small works are placed among the gallery’s Canova casts, inviting a conversation about inside spaces and institutions.
