At the Limerick City Art Gallery, Siobhán McDonald presents ‘Crystalline: Hidden Monuments’ a new project that asks how Bronze Age earthworks in the Irish landscape can act as reminders of environmental change. Responding to climate challenges of today, McDonald looks back to around 100 ad, when unprecedented changes took place in Ireland’s climate and which is evidenced in the archaeological record. Alongside this, the LCAG also hosts a touring exhibition of prints by Louise Bourgeois from the Southbank Centre in London.
