The Ballinglen Gallery, Ballycastle sees Dublin-born artist, Donald Teskey exhibit ‘Atlantic-Paintings’. Teskey has arguably become one of the best-known landscape painters of his generation. This exhibition is the artist’s first solo show, displaying his dramatic works, which capture the power of nature and the sheer, rugged beauty of the Irish landscape. Inspired in particular by the West Coast of Ireland, Teskey has focused on observing and painting the relentless nature of the coastline and sea with an earthy sense of movement.
