Máiréad Delaney is an Irish-American artist who completed a post-graduate year at the Burren College of Art in 2016 and was a recipient of the Burren College’s 20th Anniversary Scholarship. Working in performance and installation, Delaney explores how gendered bodies are yoked to the decolonizing nation-state. Delaney has exhibited internationally, in New York, Ireland and the UK, and Ethiopia.
