All material contained in and published on the Site by Irish Arts Review is intended for the non-commercial use of the user. UPLOADING MATERIAL TO OUR SITE

Irish Arts Review reserves the right to use any material it receives from you in part or entirety. Any material you upload to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. By posting any content on the Site, you are granting Irish Arts Review a perpetual, worldwide, royalty–free license to publish such content on the Site or in other Irish Arts Review publications in such manner as Irish Arts Review deems fit. We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our Site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with our website content standards. Irish Arts Review does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials incorporated in the Site or any third-party site accessed through the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such product, offering, content or material.

COMPETITIONS

By entering a competition hosted by Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them.
These Terms apply to all promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers that run on The Irish Arts Review Publications website and social media.
From time to time Irish Arts Review Publications will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions (“Competition(s)”) on this website and Competitions may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition unless otherwise stated on the promotional activity with a specific Competition.
By entering the Competition, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy on this site. In addition Irish Arts Review Publications may pass your personal information to the promoters of a Competition (where it is not Irish Arts Review Publications) and their data processors. However, we always demand that any such parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.
Entry to competitions held by Irish Arts Review Publications are not open to any employees of Irish Arts Review Publications, the 3rd party, their agency or their immediate families or anyone connected with the creation of the Competition.
Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. Once an entry has been entered they cannot be returned / withdrawn without the agreement of Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd.
Unless otherwise stated only one Competition entry, fulfilling the eligibility requirements above, will be accepted per person. Spammers will be disqualified.
Once selected, only the winner(s) will be contacted personally by email using the contact details provided upon entry.
Winners will be notified on the day that the winner is selected.
Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd’ decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the validity of any such decision.
Irish Arts Review Publications shall be permitted to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at its sole discretion.
Irish Arts Review Publications reserves the right to exclude late, incomplete or multiple registrations, or registrations made by third parties or agents.
Irish Arts Review Publications will not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
The name of the winner(s) will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promotions Department, Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd., Tower 3 Fumbally Court, Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8, D08 TXY8, indicating the name of the Competition.
Entry to the Competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use any winner(s)’s name, Irish Arts Review and any competition entry photograph, for promotional and/or editorial purposes in any format in print and non-print media without additional consultation.
Irish Arts Review Publications reserves the right to (i) cancel and/or withdraw this Competition and/or (ii) amend these Terms, at any time without notice.
Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd reserve the right to change the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances. There will be no cash alternative. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Irish Arts Review Publications be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this Competition.
Where Irish Arts Review Publications runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then Irish Arts Review Publications shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.

E-COMMERCE

Irish Arts Review has joined up with selected third party partners to enable you to purchase relevant products and services. Transactions carried out with specified third party partners (and not with Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd) will be governed by the third party’s standard terms and conditions which may be found on their sites before you transact. From time to time Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd may team up with other selected third parties to offer you the opportunity to purchase goods from the site. Such purchases will be with the named third party (and not with Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd and will be governed by the terms and conditions which you will be notified of at the time of purchase. Irish Arts Review Publications Ltd cannot and do not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses you may suffer as a result of entering into any transaction with any third party.

INDEMNITY

Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
