I work in an illustrative style with a strong sense of graphic design, combining hand-drawn textures, digital layering and playful compositions. Rooted in curiosity, my practice explores complex social and cultural topics, using vibrant visuals to make difficult subjects feel approachable. I believe fun, accessible design is powerful in navigating sensitive themes. My graduate project 'From Loss to Learning' supports adults and children in navigating grief together. It includes an interactive children’s book exploring emotional arcs through movement and relief, a compact companion book for adults, and a collaborative fold-out activity sheet. Each piece invites co-discovery, emotional awareness and open-ended interaction, focusing on feeling over labelling. Influenced by the intuitive way children interpret the world, I aim to nurture that sense of wonder through inclusive, playful design that bridges generations. Key inspirations include Eric Carle, Paul Rand, and Charlotte Ager, whose handmade, textured work balances warmth, simplicity and emotional depth.
