I began my career as a dentist in India, but after moving to Ireland in 2017, I discovered that my true calling lay in art. What started as an exploration of colour and form soon grew into a full-time practice rooted in curiosity, storytelling, and connection. I am now a self-taught artist and illustrator, currently pursuing an MA in Art and Social Action at NCAD, where I’m expanding my practice to engage more deeply with communities and conversations around identity and belonging. My work spans vibrant paintings, playful prints, and public murals that aim to spark joy while reflecting on cultural hybridity and shared human experiences. I see art as a heart-centred practice—part protest, part celebration—where people can feel seen and connected. This time as a student, I am pushing my practice further, embracing collaboration, experimentation, via socially engaged approaches.
