I believe that despite all its flaws, this world and all that inhabit it are beautiful, and worth being captured as such. I hope to make documentaries that communicate the joy and beauty of life that perseveres and shines through all the bad things. It is a unique privilege to be able to tell people's real life stories on their behalf. In all my work I only hope to bring these stories to life in a way that encourages connection and curiosity between people who are part of, and engage with, my art. It is an honour to be a documentary filmmaker and express myself through this medium, it has changed how I see my own work as well as the world around me.
