My Animation, titled "I'm With You", follows a little white cat who is struggling with the loss of her beloved owner. She is approached by a lively, orange butterfly who she begins to realise cares for her just as her owner used to and who helps her to realise she is still loved. I used Blender to create my animation by 3D modelling some of the background as well as the cat and then using grease pencil to draw the rest in 2D. I was inspired by techniques used in Into The Spider Verse and put my own personal twist on it to create a visual style that would match my story. I hope to show people with my animation, that you are never alone no matter how you might feel.
