The work is concerned with the folding and flattening of memory and history over time. Bog landscapes are a repository for cultural memory and histories. The perpetual duality, ambiguities and complexities inherent in the bog landscape dwell in a space between the real and the imagined. Exploring this space reveals a breakdown in linear chronologies, allowing us to see through time.
