This work is an exploration of the materiality of paint. I limit myself to the use of only paint to push it physically to its breaking point as a material. Acrylic and household paint is applied onto plastic, then peeled off and folded. I create temporary sculptural paintings which thread between the boundaries of painting and sculpture as one art form adapts elements from another.
