My thesis, 'A Symbiotic Architecture', is concerned with the development of a methodology of building which uses the ecologies and landscape typology of a given site as a generator for architectural form, with the aim of representing a mature relationship between the built environment and its landscape context. Laragh, Co. Wicklow, provided a specific site on which the thesis was tested.
