“Romancing the Ordinary" series aims to highlight the functional and aesthetic considerations within the architectural style of St Joseph’s, as contrasted with the utilitarian features of the empty shell of the North House – a former mental institution, forming a snapshot of a particular period in time, not only in the history of both of these buildings, but also in the history of DIT Fine Art.
