KATIE
My collection is inspired by the Irish boxer Katie Taylor, focusing on Katie in the boxing ring. The strength of the fighter is exhibited through structure and the rapid punches throughout the fight are embodied by garments becoming less structured. I worked on the stand to achieve structure and I worked with flat patterns to achieve volume and shape.
