My work acts as an interlinked cycle of events within nature, seeking to reveal the sublime potential of the landscape. As an oil painter I explore the flexibility of the medium, imitating the immersive Irish landscape I grew up amongst. By pulling references of romantic tradition through more recent contexts, I seek to create an ambiguous portrayal of time and place.
