"Dolls on the Vine" is a melancholic collection that uses high contrast drapery and childlike embroidery to express the unspoken feelings of growing up. My graduate collection is inspired by my childhood dolls who are consumed in dust and made up stories almost forgotten. The garments are designed from the perspective of my dolls, accompanied by miniature toiles and eerie illustrations.
