We have created an ability to compartmentalise and dissociate from the meat on our plates and the effects of dairy production on our environment. Of the methane produced in Ireland, 85% is produced by the farming industry. These fragile ceramics casts have been taken from discarded hoofs from the meat industry. The aim was to provoke changes in the way we think about what we consume.
