My name is Michelle Bardon, I'm a 2D animator and illustrator from Wexford who’s passionate about all aspects of storytelling. I have finished my BA in Animation at IADT in 2023, and am emerging from my course with a deep love for character animation and visual development. I am especially fascinated by how backgrounds and colour design can impact the atmosphere of a piece, and I aspire to continue contributing to stories in the industry with the aim of always creating something meaningful.During my final year I directed, designed and led the animation process for my graduate film, Golden Ties. Inspired by the nostalgic joy and simplicity of childhood friendship, the film explores the kind of bond that feels like fate.
