The work focuses on drawing and mark-making, building mechanisms that impact and interrupt the creative processes while producing drawings that reflect the nature of their making.
To introduce elements of chance, spontaneity, and freedom of movement I deploy forces that affect the momentum of drawing, exploring weight, gravity, and kinetics, to restrict my control over the mark-making process.
