My work focuses on various abandoned structures around Ireland. Having been completely disregarded, these buildings are frozen from the time they were abandoned and slowly begin to reintegrate into their surrounding environment, becoming overwhelmed by nature and the passing of time. Through painting I am attempting to instil a new sense of life into the forgotten and uninhabited.
