I wanted to create a proof of concept visual design for a piece of interactive media. I took heavy inspiration from War of the Worlds and combined it with my love of history. Choosing to have the base of the setting be the African front of World War One, as I feel it is an incredibly overlooked aspect of the war.My project made use of the Unity Engine, which allowed me to use real-time-rendering and lighting to help with the work load. This also afforded me to use my knowledge of C# scripting to create custom controls, effect and assist with importing custom assets.
