With 'Asylum of Time', I explore the art of preservation through the lens of history and nature. I draw inspiration from the enigmatic beauty of bog bodies, the ritual of mummification, the permanence of fossilisation, and the quiet transformation of fermentation. These processes remind me how time can both shape and distort life—and death. I’ve created unique pieces that reflect this philosophy: custom prints that echo the textures of human skin, sculpted wool that mimics organic forms, and manipulated denim bridges the ancient and the modern. Resin-coated cottons become statuesque wearables, each telling a story of decay and preservation. I design for the fearless—those who see fashion as an extension of art, heritage, and self-expression. I want each garment to feel like a relic of the future, rooted in the past. Sustainability is essential to my practice. I’ve incorporated eco-conscious choices throughout the collection, especially in the packaging, which I craft from home-fermented kombucha. This living material reflects my commitment to the planet and my desire to push the boundaries of what fashion can become.
