‘The Last Wolf’ at the Taylor Galleries showcases paintings by Ann Quinn that draw on the landscape of East Donegal, where Quinn grew up, and the vast landscape of North- East Wyoming. Quinn undertook a residency at the Ucross Foundation, an artist’s retreat on a 20,000-acre working cattle ranch at the foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. These contrasting landscapes reflect her ongoing connection to place, memory and environment.
