Stefania Russell’s ‘The Ten Paramis’ at the Russell Gallery presents a series of paintings that respond to the Buddhist practice that guides daily life towards anukampa, a caring and loving connection with ourselves and the world. Russell created the paintings following a year of study at the Insight Meditation Centre, Redwood City, California.
