‘Skin to Air & Edge of Absence’ – an installation in two parts by Cork-based Bernadette Cotter – is now on view at Sirius Arts Centre, Cobh, Co Cork. Cotter never fails to surprise or stimulate a lively discussion with her highly individual and lively take on contemporary art. The artist has created her dual installation by deftly compiling a succession of layers with varied materials. She sets out to evoke a sense of stillness and fragility, drawing the viewer through to a deeper level of experience and reflection. Sirius Arts Centre is located at The Old Yacht Club in Cobh.
