Jack Pakenham is an artist whose poetry and painting respond to everyday live and violence during the Troubles. At the Engine Room Gallery he presents an exhibition, ‘New Paintings’. A member of the Royal Ulster Academy of Arts, Pakenham’s work has been exhibited and collected since the 1960s. In July, a group exhibition offers a selection of contemporary works by established and emerging gallery artists.
