Sharon Murphy’s photographs in ‘Mise en Abyme’ at the Golden Thread Gallery explore theatrical settings in moments of quiet and stillness. Through recurring symbols such as curtains and deserted stages, Murphy investigates the thin line between illusion and reality. The exhibition also includes a new video work made in association with Belfast photographer Simon Mills.
