Caitriona Dunnett exhibits a series of handmade books at Cork City Library. Inspired by the Beara Peninsula, they expand into sculptural forms and unfold into abstract landscapes that investigate the narrative and scale of the Beara environment. Onsite, Dunnett experimented with photographic surfaces and processes. She used plants and seaweed and cyanotype and phytogram techniques; and digital images to produce anthotypes.
