At the Lord Mayor’s Pavilion in Fitzgerald’s Park, abstract painter Dearbhail Connon shows ‘Swan Song’, an exhibition that draws on the mythical song sung by a swan during the final moments of its life. Through her work, Connan creates a parallel between this myth and the current ecological and global crisis. This body of work came from her residency at Cill Rialaig Arts Centre.
