At Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre, artist David Quinn gathers a group of his contemporaries for ‘lucent’. The artists are: Niamh Clarke, Vincent Hawkins, Hiroyuki Hamada, Tjibbe Hooghiemstra, Jamie Mills, Janet Mullarney, Helen O’Leary, Sean Sullivan and John Van Oers. Blurring the line between painting and sculpture, they work on a small scale and play with ideas of ambiguity in their practice.
