The Taylor Galleries hosts ‘Love songs’ by Makiko Nakamura, featuring a series of abstract, mixed-media works on paper and canvas using Japanese pigment, oil paint and metal leaf. The title of the exhibition is a paean to the people, places and things that the artist holds dear, such as particular areas of Dublin. Nakamura has lived and worked between Ireland and Japan for the past decade.
