Alison Barry’s ‘A Storytelling’ at The Séamus Ennis Arts Centre, Naul takes its title from a poetic collective noun for a group of rooks. Their noisy, social and intelligent nature is at the heart of these artworks, made in soft pastel, charcoal and oils. Hares and foxes also feature, as Barry considers how these animals interact with each other, and highlights their individual characters.
