Jo Killalea’s photographs and paintings at Ionad Pobail, Inis Meáin document the community and heritage of the Aran Islands. ‘Inis Me Meáin: Mí an Mhárta’ was created during the artist’s residency on the island in March last year, and captures the islands’ Gaeltacht community, cultural life and farming traditions.
