The Hunt Museum’s ‘Lavery & Osborne: Observing Life’, presents the work of the two distinguished artists (John Lavery and Walter Frederick Osborne) working in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Demonstrating their joint mastery of portraiture and landscape, the works in the exhibition have been selected from public and private collections in Ireland, Britain, and the US, and reflect the international careers of both artists.
