Referencing Seán Keating’s painting Night’s Candles Are Burnt Out (1928–9), a group exhibition at the Hunt Museumaddresses the climate crisis and the work being undertaken by Irish companies in relation to renewable energy. The exhibition examines the ecological connections between the countries on the Irish Sea and features new work by Niamh Schmidtke, created using processes such as 3D printing, as well as immersive interactive displays.
