Donald Teskey has a longstanding connection with North Mayo and is well known for featuring the western coastline in his work. ‘Strands’, an exhibition of his landscapes in the Claremorris Gallery, features new work by the artist, mostly created in Mayo during the summer and some painted from his studio in Dublin of the River Dodder.
