‘Flux’, an exhibition by Robert Jackson at Cahir Arts, features miniature and larger works that showcase Jackson’s interest in the history of miniature painting, and how these small pieces were given as keepsakes to people who travelled abroad or as gifts brought back to illuminate the life of other places. The works here combine this curiosity with a parallel interest in the human form, spiritualism and place.
