Wexford Arts Centre, in partnership with the Highlanes Gallery, present ‘Siren’ by Ursula Burke. Mining art historical tropes of representation and display, mediated through craft-based processes, the exhibition incorporates textile, ceramic, tapestry and mosaic sculptures. In her practice, Burke explores trauma, and recovery, and creates a conceptual bridge between antiquity and the contemporary.
