‘Sidelong Glances: An Oblique Look at the Sea’, curated by Catherine Bowe, takes its inspiration from A Grave (1921), a poem by the American poet Marianne Moore, which touches on the futility of human attempts to control nature. Presented by the Arts Department of Wexford County Council, in partnership with Wexford Arts Centre, the exhibition features work from IMMA, and invited artists, that include: Orla Barry, Hernán Braun, Gary Coyle, Ann Hamilton, Ailbhe Ní Bhriain and Marisa Rappard. Sidelong Glances: An Oblique Look at the Sea: 13 October – 21 November
