My ‘temporary gatherings of strangers’ explores transient human contact in a potentially isolationist world. Found, everyday objects/materials become ‘mark making’ (language) tools e.g. tiles and paper for printing inks on large disposable tablecloths. My source photography, rubbings, anecdotes, are digitally printed on Fabriano, tracing paper and transparencies, in an A3 landscape Artist’s book
