The Lavit Gallery celebrates its sixty-year anniversary this year. ‘Taking Form: Students of the Year 1973–76’ highlights the Cork Arts Society’s early recognition of three young sculptors, each of whom received their Student of the Year award in the 1970s. They are Maud Cotter, Eilis O’Connell and Vivienne Roche. New and early work by the sculptors, along with rarely seen archival material spanning their careers, is on view.
