Artist Jan McCullough’s photographic works and a sculptural installation reference Kilkenny’s architectural and manufacturing history. ‘I Took a Hammer in My Hand’ at Butler Gallery is produced in partnership with local craftspeople and apprentices and draws inspiration from the legacy of Talbot’s Inch – a nearby model village that supported skilled woodworkers.
